The Woman Behind the Mission

Luz Stella Cárdenas brings more than 40 years of experience across finance, marketing, human resources, organizational development, and public service. She spent 28 years with the City of Sunrise, progressing through human resources roles and ultimately serving as Human Resources Director.
In 2017, the loss of her son Antonio changed the landscape of her life. She did not simply “move on,” nor did she abandon the leader she had been. She learned to move forward by integrating what she had lived, listening more deeply, and allowing a new expression of leadership, purpose, and service to emerge.
Today, Luz Stella brings together 40+ years of organizational leadership, lived transformation, and grounded spiritual wisdom. Through Conscious Coherence®, the Six A’s, and the RISE Framework™, she creates spaces where leaders can meet defining moments with clarity, humanity, responsibility, and truth.
Her work also holds a deeply personal place for women leaders navigating profound adversity, including the loss of a child—without rushing grief, prescribing purpose, or asking anyone to become who they were before.

What began as personal grief became a sacred mission: to support others in turning pain into purpose, and to create spaces where healing, remembrance, and impact can live side by side.
Through this initiative, I honor Antonio’s life by serving others with compassion, conscious leadership, and love—helping individuals and communities find meaning, strength, and possibility after loss.
